Ordered this toilet seat for a nineteen sixties house with a pink bathroom. I was concerned about fit and color match since the original toilet and tile were so old. Other reviewers made comments about perfect match on color and how well the unit fit their application. Well, the color was a perfect match and the unit fit the old commode perfectly. Easy to install in minutes and really made a world of difference when I got rid of the white seat that was being used. Now the bathroom looks just as it did almost fifty years ago. A bonus for us was the construction of the unit was much better than the one it replaced. I believe this unit will last many, many years. I would recommend this unit for anyone with an old house that has an original pink bathroom, you will be satisfied with the results.
The product arrived in excellent condition and it arrived in less than a week. The color was a good match and pink toilet seats are impossible to find in the stores, so we were happy to find one on line and at a fair price.

This toilet seat is finished very well (as far as paint finish goes). It also is very solidly constructed. It has 6 contact points supporting the seat against the toilet bowl. Many toilet seats have only two points resting on the toilet bowl. Our toilet seat was shipped as soon as we paid for it, and everything was as promised. We are happy with both the toilet seat and the seller and recommend both.

I was tired of the cheap painted wooden toilet seats that I purchased in Walmart. Over a short period of time the paint started to chip and look pathetic. So I searched Amazon to look for a nice plastic toilet seat. I chose the Kohler K-4689-O Cachet Round Closed-Front Plastic toilet seat, white. I am happy that I did. I had been looking for a bone colored seat for the master bath for a long time. I had checked at all the usual stores- white was available but not bone. So I ordered this one. Fast shipping- thanks Amazon! It took me two minutes to install (maybe less). The quality is fantastic, and I am going to order three more for all my other bathrooms. This is truly a quality product. It actually matches my toilet better than the cold hard seat that it replaced.

I was happily surprised when this order came. I have purchased a bone colored padded toilet seat from Amazon before and the thing was horrible. I thought they were all the same but my last one was complete junk.
I'm glad to say that this seat has more padding than the last one and is built 10 times better. The seat also fits much better than the last one. The other one was quite a bit larger than the toilet and therefore it hung over the edge quite a bit. It just didn't look very good. This one fits perfect and took all of 5 minutes to install. The seat is nice and heavy so you can tell that the wood core pieces are not just slinder pieces of wood that are going to fall apart quickly. All in all this thing just feels built solid, looks good and feels comfortable. The only thing I would like to see is metal hardware on it but it wasn't described as such so I can't really complain. It's hard enough finding a bone toilet seat that has padding and is built well, much less trying to find one with metal hardware (hinges).
One thing I would like to mention is how fast the shipping was with this order. It said 3 to 5 weeks for delivery yet I received it in a week. Nothing to complain about here. If I could rate it 4 1/2 stars I would.

I really liked this seat for about one week, then one of the "feet" fell off and it would never totally secure to the toilet, ie: The "plastic" bolts would be as tight as I could get them but it would still move around. I removed it and double checked the bolt holes and there were no obstructions. I reinstalled the seat and the same thing, it moves as if it is not tight enough. I guess you just can not find or buy "quality" anymore.

The seat appears to be well made, and looks quite nice. I personally think that the idea of having a dark cherry seat on a white toilet bowl is itself a bit odd, though, so you might want to think long and hard about how it will look. I put it in a small toilet-only room with dark red walls and a white door, and it seems to work.
An aside: it occurs to me that if a woman has a tendency to fall into the bowl when her husband leaves the toilet seat up, this toilet seat could save their marriage. :^) When a person is half-asleep, a white toilet looks more or less the same whether the seat is up or down. Not so with this dark seat -- once a woman gets used to seeing it, it is hard to imagine that she would ever sit without first putting the seat down.
Oh, and wood doesn't feel cold when you sit on it, which is nice.

Fantastic price for it's quality. I was skeptical at first to replace it with my white toilet seat. But I needed the replacement to match the furnishings in my remodeled powder room. The Mayfair cherry seat turned out to be just as comfortable as my white one. The brushed-nickel hinges are even better (easier to clean also) looking than the plastic ones with caps--which pop opened from time to time. The free shipping was an added bonus. Delivery was quick.

I really like the seat, especially the brushed-nickel hinges. But, the seat itself has several run spots, touch up spots, nicks, etc. The quality control is definitely lacking, at least on my purchase.

Don't buy from this company! It does not take responsibility of what it sells. I ordered an elongated natural wood toilet seat from Antonline via Amazon. Antonline sent me an oval one. I contacted them. They told me to go on line and find out the return policy,which stated I have to send the seat back within 10 days and postage prepaid. I e-mailed the company again to protest. Have not heard from them since. Not a good company to do business with. You bought a $30 toilet seat and have to pay $20 shipping to ship it back because of their mistake! Avoid at all cost!

I read some negative reviews for a different black soft seat before going with this one. I was a little worried since there weren't anty reviews for this one at the time. Would it be cheaply made like people complained about in the reviews for on the other brand? happily - no I found this one to be very high quality, sturdy, attractive, comfortable - in short premium.

I ordered this Premium Soft Black Toilet Seat on 11/5/2009. I absolutely loved it and thought it was most likely the best one I'd ever had. Unfortunately it started splitting at the seam of the lid shortly after receipt. Worse than that though is the screw that holds the bracket thing that attaches the lid to the seat will not stay screwed in. Therefore lid is wobbly and unsightly. Keep in mind that this is not overused either. It's in a secondary bathroom in our home. Seller only offers 30 day guarantee and recommended I contact the manufacturer. I ended up disappointed.

Wow...I never thought I'd say this about a toilet seat, but it is beautiful! Arrived within just a few days and it truly adds an elegance to the bathroom. The description "dark brown" doesn't do it justice because the wood grain is gorgeous...the whole thing is solid and well made.

This seat is beautiful, sturdy and easy to clean. I usually buy wooden seats from Target or Walmart where you can get a nice standard-sized one for about $20. I recently moved to a place with an elongated seat so the ones I usually buy would not fit. After reading some reviews here and seeing how nice it looked in the photo I took a chance and purchased it. I would have to say this is the nicest toilet seat I have ever owned. I do recommend this product and when I relocate again I will be looking to buy a seat from this company again provided I have another toilet with an elongated size. If I don't have the longer sized need I will look to see if this company makes these wooden seat in the standard size. Quality and worth it.
